Freedom from Fear, Freedom to Flourish!



Most people have an irrational fear of something: it's just the way it is...isn't it? Well actually no. You can overcome phobias. One of the most important factors is that you must want to overcome your fear. It would be useless to come to a session if you didn't, and you must believe that you want to be freed from your fear. It may take one session, or it may take several. It depends entirely on the depth of your phobia.

Suffering from anxiety can be crippling - Simon himself used to battle daily with his, so he knows first hand the negative effects of it. Freedom from anxiety is a wonderfully liberating experience, and could be described as having "a great weight lifted".
